حذف حسابك في باربيرو

تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل البيانات المرتبطة بيه في أي وقت، حتى لو التطبيق مش متسطّب عندك.
إزاي تطلب الحذف
اكتب في الرسالة رقم الموبايل المسجّل بيه مع كود الدولة، مثلاً +20 10xxxxxxxx.
هنرد عليك نأكّد الطلب ونتحقق إن الحساب بتاعك، وبعدها ننفّذ الحذف ونبلغك.

إيه اللي بيتحذف
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الموبايل، والإيميل، والصورة، والنوع.
- العناوين المحفوظة، وأفراد العيلة، والمفضلة.
- رموز الإشعارات وبيانات الموقع.
- الحجوزات القادمة بتتلغي.
إيه اللي بنحتفظ بيه ولمدة قد إيه
- سجلات الدفع والفواتير: بنحتفظ بيها المدة اللي القانون بيطلبها، لحد 10 سنين لأغراض الضرائب، وبعدها بتتحذف.
- التقييمات: بتفضل ظاهرة من غير اسمك، إلا لو طلبت حذفها في نفس الرسالة.
الحذف بيتم خلال 30 يوم بحد أقصى من تأكيد الطلب، ومش ممكن نرجّع الحساب بعد كده.
عايز تحذف جزء من بياناتك بس، زي عنوان أو فرد من العيلة؟ تقدر تعمل ده من داخل التطبيق من صفحة الحساب، أو تبعتلنا على نفس الإيميل. لمعلومات أكتر شوف سياسة الخصوصية.
Delete your Barbero account

You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time, even if the app is no longer installed.
How to request deletion
Include the mobile number your account is registered with, including country code (e.g. +49 15xxxxxxxxx).
We will reply to confirm the request and verify the account is yours, then delete it and let you know.

What is deleted
- Account data: name, mobile number, email, photo, gender.
- Saved addresses, family members and favourites.
- Notification tokens and location data.
- Upcoming bookings are cancelled.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records: kept for the legally required period (up to 10 years for tax purposes), then deleted.
- Reviews: remain visible without your name, unless you ask us to remove them in the same email.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirming your request and cannot be undone.
